I really appreciate this advice. I'm considering making short plush skits, but I haven't decided yet. Me being sixteen, my family (with the exception of my dad) finds it extremely childish of me to still play with toys, but I don't care what they think of it!
You do you. If you enjoy playing with toys and/or making plush videos, no matter how old you are, then do it. You don't need to do what society expects of you, you are your own person.

I agree with all of this stuff he said, but I strongly recommend editing on the computer if you can. iMovie works just as well, but if you have the option to edit on computer I recommend it.

My biggest problem with making plush videos is if I use a chroma key screen. I nearly finished my second video. The plushes I used for the green screen and blue screen failed to make the color transparent like some of the colors would look ghost like. I’m worried about when I upload the video, people are gonna criticize the crappy quality.

Pro tip,if you want to make a series and there is a battle between the big bad and main character,MAKE THE BAD GUY WIN!if it is the first fight between them,that is what I did in my series "Raise of the blacklight"

i record all my videos on a canon vixia r800. and edit on either.
1. Shotcut
2. OpenShot (if shotcuts not working)
i edit them in 60fps. 1080p quaility. but i watch them in 720p and i reccomend that for people if you watch them.
and i make all thumbnails in this free version of photoshop type thing called pixlr. its pretty much exactly the same as photoshop but its free. i am thinking of getting photoshop tho. even tho i dont need it. (also i crop him out insead of using the wand tool, i feel like its easier that way, aso to make them bigger or smaller i hold down shift and use the free transform tool)
some times it takes multiple days to film. if im not using like special effects or anything it should take a couple minutes. around 10-30 minutes. the last plush video for some reason was really hard to edit tho (muppets quit ep 1) it took me from the minute i woke up until it was dark out.
in the video they went to walmart and we actually went to walmart and it was late so nobody would really be there and the cash registers were empty only the self checkouts were availible so we went to one of the near back cash registers so it will be quieter and we filmed behind the register and i have to say this was fun. i really like making videos and especially ones where there really creative.

What _I_ do: *Use My Phone to record. gmail my computer the videos and photos. put the clips in a raw video folder. Then, I use Filmora X to edit. Once I'm done, I use "Photopea" to make the thumbnail. Export the finalized video, and UPLOAD!*
