    I had the most amazing vision when I was meditating to this, I was under a huge tree with these long branches that seemed to extend everywhere. I was sitting under the tree with two other people actually. The two deities I work with Freyja and Apollo and it was about the most calm I've ever been.

    I had a beautiful vision by the end of this meditation. I saw that I am a tree, my arms are outstretched and leaves grow on it. My roots are planted in the earth. I am in front of a lake and hills. The sun is shining bright and warm. Birds are flying in the sky and singing happily. I looked up and saw rain pouring on me from the blue sky. I was smiling. Then the rain stopped and there was a rainbow. There were beautiful clouds floating in the sky, like tufts of cotton. The sky turned a pinkish hue. The sun, the moon and all of the stars lit up the sky, all at the same time. This has never happened to me before. I don't know where this image came from, but I'm glad it did. I felt so joyful and at peace. I wish I could hold on to it longer, but sadly the ad at the end of the video interrupted the vision and then it was gone :( . Nevertheless, thank you so much. This is a beautiful meditation.💚 Blessings!✨🙏🏼

    Imo this is one of the best, go to, quick grounding meditation. Always works whenever I'm feeling overstimulated or when my mind feels scattered and can't focus

    For whatever reason, my mind was feeling cluttered about the evening ahead then tho I knew what I had planned and there were no challenging tasks. After this meditation, I’m feeling sooo much better and my mind feels refreshed. THANK YOU!! 🌟

    This is so lovely I have it saved and use it each morning. This morning I had a beautiful vision. I was in the countryside on the porch of a beautiful little house. When you said “we are connected to the ground by big strong roots “ a picture came to my mind of me stepping off the porch, barefoot. When my feet touched the grass the roots below connected to my bare feet. energy flowed through me as I looked around the country side smiling feeling free as a bird.

    when we did the tree part, my fan blew air across my face which really helped me visualize standing in a grassy area on a hill with roots reaching up to my feet keeping me standing with the air blowing across me, but the roots were there to keep me up and with the vibrating glowing sensation, i felt tingling. really nice grounding meditation, thank u!❤️

    I don't believe in vibrations or anything but near the end i could actually feel the vibration of the earth course through me. Totally oove this and highly recommend it.

      Me too! I can still feel the vibrations. While I was meditating, I was able to push some excess energy out! I feel so calm after doing this!

    Huh, I guess it was normal to have a vision. Mine was of me laying on a hill, sunny with big fluffy clouds, a breeze that kept the heat of the sun at bay. I was under a tree so only my head was in the shade. :))

    Hi!! I love your videos! Can you make a 15ish minute video for chronic pain relief?? I have sciatica and scoliosis and its tough to get started because I'm in pain every morning. I searched TH-cam and am having trouble finding an adequate short daytime meditation for pain :) please!!

      Have you tried any mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) material? It can be effective for pain :)

    I liked this but I didn’t like the part where you said I might feel weightless. I was already feeling anxious and floaty and that’s why i specifically looked for a grounding meditation. To feel more connected. It worked but that part set off my anxiety a tiny bit.
