Thanks a ton! I am glad you enjoy the my work, and personally I enjoy creative juggle combos stichted together with move variety and weapon switing in between rather than glitched juggle combos. I admire the effort and skill it takes to do glitch combos, but it just doesn't look appealing to me as well.
@@BervikGaming some tech in gowr don't look that glitchy that I personally use like barehanded tech ,fast spear throw and one hit cancel (both with shatter star shield)
Didn't know if you knew this or not but after the blades finisher at 7:26 after the parry you can perform a second instant combo finisher with by pressing r2... btw great crowd control you were untouchable 🔥
On hindsight I think, at 7:33 I should have gone for this combo instead: Parry Slam, Whiplash, Fire Gyser Runic, Recalling axe heavy, into axe pause attack and switch to blade and rage if about to be attacked.
@@ComboSpartanthere's a lot we wish we could do in the moment but when your in the thick of it it kinda is hard to think of the best options when in the given situation
you may be one of my favourite combat(Character action? Stylish? hack and slash? eh whatever its called) youtuber on this sight. For algorithm reasons I'll ask a question whenever I watch one your videos. Out of all the enemies of in the GOW series, what do you think is the most fun one to interact with, what does it do that the others dont.
Wow that's such a high praise and means a lot to me man! As to your question, my answer is rather boring as in I like enemies that are easy to juggle and combo. So kind of like dumb meathead enemies. However I really liked that in Valhalla they added a strategic element to it, like how different enemy type bounce or launched to different attacks. Giving more incentive to use different moves. In GOW 3 it was the minotaur elite, Ascension the minotaurs as well. But in Ragnrok I loved fighting Dragurs, Eniheijar Soldiers and Light Elf (both the regular and Elite).
I am definitely planning to play valhalla more, just haven't gotten around to it. But I am surely going to revisit it in the future for flawless and hitless level clears with juggle combos.
@@ComboSpartan Nice ,thank you for replying Your combo focus playthrough of GoW Ragnarok help me finish my GMGOW playthrough ,i learned the tactic from you ! I like your playstyle better ,because you don’t use all of those complicated moves that looks insanely unrealistic to me
haha, I love the passion with which you hate the game. I see the reasons why, as there are some aspects of this game I don't enjoy myself and prefer the classics over it.
@@ComboSpartanwhat do you think of the game in general? After some time I honestly really want to genuinely enjoy but just can't, I love the personalities of characters in the game tho even tho it could get cheesy over time
@@John_winston In General the games obsession for trying to be cinematic really gets in the way for me. Like the needless traversal, walkie talkies, and climbing sections really kill the flow not to mention the god awful atreus sections. However I do enjoy Combat Encounters as I tend to focus on a very aggressive GOW3-esque style of play even in modern games utilizing staggers, crowd control, AOEs, I frames, parry and evades. However, the combat encounter gets limited for me personally as I don't like glitched combos. And without glitched combos there is not much variety. Lack of aerial really bugs me, on top of that over the shoulder camera I believe really does diservice to the crowd control aspect. So yeah sometimes I feel that the Combat can be more fun than it is due to what the Combat System offers. However, that being said I really enjoy Valhalla and Boss Fights. That's where the game truly shines for me.
@@ComboSpartan agreed on the cinematic hindering the flow, worse you can't really skip it like one of those old gen cutscene. The cutscene is part of the gameplay now,it's just too on the nose especially with the marvel-esque dialogue. But then again it revived GOW so honestly I take this any day, hell I'm glad it exist to begin with
Better than glitch'd combos. Great work, this looked so sick, loved how you did it
