That's a lot of extra steps just to separate and beat an egg 😂
the dood seem to add steps that not need it. you just crack the egg with the top part and that it, you then just let the machine mix the white. the only part that can and probably need to be removed is the part where you break the shell. the part that holds the yolk stays til done.
Can we just talk about that egg timer for a sec? How adorable with the tiny cuckoo bird! 🐣
It's a cute little machine and the idea's pretty novel. It's just such a shame that the results don't really seem all that worth it. To have taken all that time to get two egg whites to meringue consistency seems like a waste.
If the machine was larger and could do maybe upto 5 or 6 egg whites, that would be something.

It's common the use of raw eggs on Japanese dishes. So no probs with making a twist of ingredients

That looks tasty but so time consuming. It's a cute novelty toy but better to use a balloon whisk and get an arm workout lol or be quicker and use electric beaters 👸👑💗💗💗💗😀

Where do you get all these awesome Japanese THINGS, I mean for someone who lives in the U.S.... I know I can go online n order off Amazon or somethin, but sometimes they just don’t have these exact types of things... n I just LOOOOVE these cool different types of cookin gadgets n foods (especially ramen; here where I live at least, they only have a few certain brands of ramen mainly 2-4 kinds) I’ve seen sooo many types of different ramen bowls, cups, n some in packages from watchin you tryin them out on your channel n wanted to ask. I live in a tiny town in the south (Georgia) n there’s are very limited varieties of Japanese “convenience” foods in stores... (like snacks or cookin kits, n like I said cool lil gadgets like these!!! ☹️) I just think they are soo darn inventive, albeit some not exactly “necessary” (like the egg cracker when you could just crack an egg yourself or whisk the eggs yourself)...I still find they’re interestin, cute, fun, n very cool!!!
Oh another “unnecessary” gadget, n I know it’s not in THIS particular video... but you separated egg yolks from the egg whites with a lil fish sucker once I think 🤔) n absolutely adore the lil timer you always use that looks like a Cuckoo clock.

egg whites dont propperly fluff up if theres even slightest bit of greace or residue in the bowl/thing/whisk youre trying to mix them with/in. make sure theyre clean first and then clean again after to ensure they fluff up propperly. hand whisking wont work either as not enough air gets into the whites... electric whisk is always the quickest

There are certainly a lot of parts to wash. Why not just use a bowl and a whisker or a hand mixer? And can make a lot more at once if needed.
