I have a little advice if you care to prolong the life of your laptop, love: Putting your laptop on a pillow could potentially damage your laptop since you will be blocking the vents that it requires to be open for the fans to take in air. What you can do is put a pillow on your lap, put a suitably sized hard cover book on top of the pillow, and then you can put your laptop on the book. My hubby is a comp engineer and broke me out of this habbit after I ruined the laptop he bought me :(
