I don't know, I don't think I will buy any of these, not my kind of fragrances, don't doubt they're good, but I don't associate the Amouage brand with easy to use fragrances, I see these fragrances as the Purosague SUV from Ferrari, do we need it? No. Will a lot of people buy it? Just ask Lamborghini... If I stumble upon a sample I will try them but not a priority, I stay with the Royal Tobaccos. Good to see you back Mas!!! I love search but purpose is my favourite. I distinctly smell fenugreek although the note is not listed anywhere in purpose. Smells really good on my skin, search sadly does not last long for me

Is there an Amouage fragrance that an influencer ever dislikes ? when Boundless and Material came out everyone was raving about how brilliant/fantastic they were and so on ....Only one person to my knowledge ( he is a ball sprayer) has ever put it in a top ten It seems as though people are scared to say that they dislike a fragrance from this house in case they get blacklisted like one person did for giving his honest opinion ... Mr AT Hughes always gives a fantastic and Honest review .If im wrong Chris I apologise but it always seems to happen with Amouage
I think Amouage is genuinely that consistently good. I've seen reviewers say less than positive things about other niche/high-end fragrances, which they wouldn't do if they really are afraid or being dishonest as you suggest.
Well, 10 months later Guidance becomes the best seller of 2023 from the house and these guys did not particularly like it. I don't really see an agenda here. It really is a very good house generally.
Absolutely love search and purpose. I am torn between the two on which to get. Lineage is great too and almost feels oceanic. Guidance was odd because i wasnt a fan, it was almost too floraly for me. Then the drydown, which reminded me of whispers in the library just blew my socks off. It was so warm and comfortable. And i could smell it on a hoodie like 3 days later and I didnt even spray it. That was just proximity. Overall I am leaning towards Purpose. It just reminds me of that old school gentleman scent like eau sauvage.
Have my samples on the way. I was very excited previously (pre ScentXplore and up to a week after) and not really that excited anymore after people have been saying that one of the Quentin Bisch scents smells like another fkn Ganymede dupe which pisses me off to no end. Will be interesting to see.

Search easily makes it somewhere in my top 5 or 6 from Amouage that I’ve tried.
