Yes i've noticed it abit recently with this newer update. I know the community talked about it in regard to the internet speeds when loading in the image tiles seems to be an issue. It seems like it needs the internet to be able to load in the images. You looked at your Internet bandwidth yet to see if its spiking?
Ive found out that clearing the cache file does the trick since i thought it was a ram issue. What ive gathered is that the max cache loads in on the fly. When full , loading the auto ortho ontop the already cache sometimes finds it hard to overide the cache image if it was low res to new higher res. Definitely the software coding issue here
Hi there, just downloaded auto latest version, no extra stuff on my xp12 europe and usa seems working fine, Asia some airports in vietnam and malaysia has trees on the runway how to fix this? cheers
Yes this issue is known to the developers. The Ortho unless updated by the developers for each region will have some non-compartible regions. It's up to the scenery developers to adjust for if incase there is AutoOrtho like Xeurope has the adjust if you using Ortho , the same has to be applied for either default scenery or payware unfortunately. Hopefully this response makes sense to you !!
@@CaribFLYChannel you this was with the default sceneries from xplane, was doing an approach in kota kinabalu malaysia and surprise half runway was cover with trees :(
@@wakotropolis Yes unfortunately, the entire world would not be able to be fixed everywhere as the Ortho relies on data from its servers. So if the satellite data isn't fully available for places like Africa, Malaysia , you will find some airports will have trees in the wrong places or rather elevation issues with the default scenery. The only fix to it is either ensuring the Ini. file is correctly ordered , or that the payware airport added which will take priority over the area. The default data in some parts of the world is unfortunately not the best. The best i can say is go to xplane scenery default gateway aiports and try different versions of the default ones with the Ortho to see which one is better. gateway.x-plane.com/airports
can try SFD Global East Asia with Ortho and default airport to see if that works better, or Ortho and X-World Asia with default airport . The X-Asia is Open Street map and should help in mapping the trees in better location so the Ortho works together. FYI the Ortho basically covers the Ground Textures which is the mesh not much anything else
Well since im not a developer , the codings would be abit tricky though some things there can be understood like seeing the data streaming service is infact launched, or when the cache is loading would get an idia... when its not getting any cache data the line of coding are 1 line sentence not displaying alot. You would see the word error in there as well when its not picking up data. Anything more ill have to get more into the developer side at best.

@@CaribFLYChannel my internet speed is up to 500gb per second… i guess it is rather a server speed issue.
