And one more doubt is if we are using ohgs and basal insulin combination if then also hba1c is increasing then we have to completely stop the ohgs and add prandial insulin with large meal along with basal??? Kindly clear both the doubts sir

Sir can we combine ohg drugs with basal insulin instead of suddenly stoping the drugs? Because we dnt knw how much the drugs are helping. If so wat can b the dose of basal ?? Same 10u?

Nope OHA has to be stopped and insulin regimen has to be started and after the Blood sugar comes under control then OHA can be restarted
