to anyone who doesnt have a tape measure: i did 92 slip stitches and it measured to 45 cm. if u wanted to make the bigger one, probably just round up to 100 stitches 👍🏻
@@sarayukaimal2040hmm i used thinner yarn with a 3.75mm hook. u could try with the yarn u have but if it starts looking too big, just do less stitches (maybe try doing like 70-80) also, skip towards the end and watch how they fold it and fold what u chained so far like so to estimate the final size before u continue to the 2nd row^^
create slipknot. chain until 45 cm (I personally did 100 to make a bigger bow, can do 92 for a size as pictured in the video) R1: single crochet into every chain until you have one chain/stitch left, ignore that 1 chain then turn work R2: single crochet into front loop only until you have one chain/stitch left, ignore that 1 chain then turn work R3: single crochet into back loop only until you have one chain/stitch left, ignore that 1 chain then turn work Repeat rows 2&3 until your work has reached 4cm wide for smaller bow and 5 cm wide for bigger. Slip stitch down side to clean up edges, chain one, pull tight then cut yarn . This is the end of the crochet portion, the actual making of the bow is done by a little sewing but is a bit hard to write so refer to the video
you barely show what are the steps to attach the bow and the instrctions are not clear, how do you go from the ends right next to each other to the bow shape ???
Thanks a lot for the amazing tutorial, I made a small cute pouch bag for my cousin and it needed a ribbon bow but I didn't have one, so I made one using your pattern!
I loved your pattern !! And will probably use it til my life ends I’ve crocheted for thirty five years and never give it up cause that’s the prettiest bow ever !!!!!!!!!😊
guys i'm planning to make this into a hair clip or sth to wear on my hair, is it heavy that it pulls ur hair down? or is it light? i rlly need an answer TT
You should definitly try blocking it if you havent already ^^ Ive never tried it but basically you submerge your piece in water and pin it to the shape you want and let it fully dry after about 2-4 days? (Probably depends on your piece) and it stays straight after ^^
Svp expliquez moi elle filme super parlé ça fait 2 mois je suis tjs à l’étale avant qu’elle tourne à 5min de la video frR ça me casse les burnes je comprends rien
@@ArtsyMakican you pls write it im struggling soo much to keep up with the vid but i really really want to make it cause it looks so pretty so.. can you please write the pattern 😔🙏🏻
It depends on yarn size. I had 78 ch with a yarn size 3 & 3,5 hook and 54ch with size 6. Just use a ruler and measure it to about 45cm - results in the most accurate results and is the easiest
@@ArtsyMaki OMG you replied I'm so happy 😊😭❤️ please make it well detailed and longer for absolute beginners like myself. I hope you make the video very soon. God bless youuu ❤️

I want to make a hair pin like which I can put on my half pony , how much should it be ??
@@heyy7149 i made the smaller one and it was the perfect size :)
What about if I'm using medium size 4 yarn? Do I still do a 100 stitches?

Just tell us how many chains we need in stead of how long
it will depend on the size of the yarn though
Perfect for barbie :)

Thats so cute! Take a group photo!

thank you! what a nice bow❤
This would look really nice if you stick a hairclip on there and wear it on your hair :D
You gave me this idea and now i do it all the time! So cute :) thanks
Can you tell in more detail that how we slip stitch the other end too??
You just cut the yarn and move it to the other side
Thank you so much, I made it! 💗
last row : back loop done, do front loop
This ribbon is so cute! Is it possible to sell the finished product knitted based on how to knit this hairband and how to knit other videos?
So cuteeeee, thank you❤
timestamp for myself - 5:21
Hii,so the second row i did back loop first instead of front loop
Can i continue like that
Yeaa, its the same thing
Yo viendo esto q está de moda lo coquette 😊
After slip stitching on one edge how do you go to the other edge to do the same?
Just cut your yarn and fasten off then attach it on the other side
Mine doesn't come out straight, am I doing something wrong
is there a written pattern?
How many centimeters or how many stitches?
Which yarn to use cotton or acrylic?
what size ow were you making?
How many chains exactly is 45cm i dont have measuring tape to measure
That is depending on your hook size and yarn. But don’t worry if it’s not 45 cm exactly. Just eyeball it 😃

Can anyone tell how to get that slanting end of the ribbon.
Make a decrease at the end of each row :)

Made a short about it, hope it helps❤️

Front loop and back loop.....please help I'm confused......is it when you turn your work that you'll know which it is😭😭
Front is the closest to you! After you turn your project front will be again the loop closest to you :)

I am doing the same thing, did you already do it? If yes please tell mee
I put it on a bobby pin. Holds up without an issue
What if I want to use the bow for my hair
You can put a hair pin in the back
lovely video :)
Thank you!
Does anyone have a written version of this?
I write it myself in a note try it it's fun
Hi, How can you slip stich the other side?
Just cut your yarn and attach it on the other side. Or just sl st all around the edges :)
@@ArtsyMaki thank you so much!!!

Mine kept curling is this normal
You can block it/ iron it before folding it into the bow shape
it might be bc ur original chain is too tight
Can I make and sell it?
Sure :)
