Useless company. It's impossible to find instructions in any other languages other than French yet they sell it in the UK and Australia and presumably across EU. It's also impossible to find any reviews of the device. Yet it's being dished out by the NHS where you get no choice. This guy doesn't even show how to detach the top part of humidifier from bottom. He just seems to detach it easily and didn't explain how. In reality I have been struggling to separate it for days as it's just really stuck and I am scared not to break it. I have not been able to use my machine because humidifier is impenetrable. The algorithm is useless too. My pressure doesn't go above 4cm on auto mode and it's rating of AHI is way lower than when rated by the sleep clinic. It's a useless piece of style over substance plastic. Plus it's absolutely huge. The only thing that's positive is that it is relatively quiet. Get your act together!
