Charlie, thanks for making this video. I have a similar chip in my white quartz counter - it sure doesn't take much to chip a quartz counter if you bump it ever so slightly just in the right spot! Appreciate your showing us step by step how you fixed yours. Like you said, hopefully after a while we will forget all about these little imperfections and get on with life and what's really important. I'm going to give it my best shot with my DIY repair. 🙂

Thank you for commenting, @Linda! I completely get that sinking feeling when you manage to chip it (and I did it with a Costco-sized bottle of Tabasco!). This fix isn't perfect (and I'm clearly learning as I go in the video), but I'm pleased with the results on mine and don't think I even notice anymore. Good luck with yours and let me know how it goes! Thanks again for commenting, and be sure you're subbed for more! :)

Thank you to the kit creator. I love that is from US. That kit is good. The repair is not perfect, but it is protecting at least to prevent a crash or another chip. Thank you for your work as well !!!

Thank you! The kit seems pretty good for a pretty-decent, at-home DIY solution. :)

Thanks for sharing your video. We have some chips in our granite that need repair and this has been helpful.

So far, it's great! After awhile, I basically forgot I fixed it and that it was there at all. :)

You’re an intrepid DIY’er. Your end goal was clear but your technique (s) not so much. But because of your vid, others can see your methodology and make adjustments and maybe have different results. Thank you for sharing.

Its funny sometimes watching these "Repair Kits" I do this professionally for 18 years now. 95% of the stuff in the kit is completely NOT NEEDED ...
