Hi! I just wanted to say I’ve enjoyed watching your creep on June episodes and how your thought process works trying to figure out the best way to tackle this project. My mom and I are working on this together as she is staying with me for the past month while I heal from surgery. We are still just finishing the folio. I have subscribed and will need to go back and watch some of your regular videos.
Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment. I am also healing from a foot surgery. I hope your healing goes well!!! I think it is wonderful you and your mother are working on this together!!!! Hi, Mom!!!
I have a small channel too, so I understand the snail’s pace, but I’m grateful that I’ve gotten as far as I have. I love what you’ve done with this kit. Love your vintage pieces!❤❤❤❤
I enjoy sharing, so I don't mind being small. Plus, when we travel, it makes it more difficult to create and publish content. I have just been amazed at the numbers over the last couple days. I am so glad you are enjoying what I am doing. Thank you!!!! Off to start Day 4!
@bernicechiniborch2600 Thank you. I haven't watched it back yet. I am glad you are finding it enjoyable. I am having a lot of fun working on this. I keep giggling in the process.
Thank you!!! I am TRYING to stay on track with the days. I feel behind right now since I am creating the day I need the videos posted! I am hoping to get caught up today! I am having so much fun just playing with the story. I encourage you to just play and enjoy yourself.
I have old textbooks from the 1920’s-1940’s & I too scan & use the copies as I’m afraid to tear out original pages. I got a Cricut Joy xtra almost a year ago & I just learned how to use it to fussy cut. I have a love/hate relationship with it 😆. I just started doing junk journals earlier this year. I wasn’t able to use my cricut to cut this kit out as the files are pdf & it needs to be a svg or png or jpeg type file & because it’s so big I’m not able to convert it :(. So my fingers are starting to hurt from cutting the little bits. Thank you for sharing your makes even if it’s at a “snail’s pace”! Btw, our beagle mix loves to chase squirrels too! I keep debating if I should post my daily makes. I love how you are adding bits to make it your version of the story. I am too.
I have made a sheet of vintage Christmas ephemera and cut that with my Cricut. Just need to learn to upload the images to cut. The kits came with both jpeg and pdf. So, that will be helpful. Hopefully, the Christmas kits will have both for me.
Hi, I'm new to your channel. Enjoying the project you did and how much you are trying to stay true to the years and your careful crafting of the story. I'll definitely be following the progression. My feedback on the length of the video would be that it took about16 min before you started crafting.
❤ another good one Jody thanks for sharing. Looking forward to seeing how you continue with this project and congratulations on the growth of your channel. Good for you. I need to get mine up there now.
It takes some a matter of months and it takes some of us years to grow. Just do what you love because you love it!!! I will stop by and check your channel out later! Off to start Day 4. I look forward to seeing what you are working on.
Thank you!!!! Please email me at orderfromjodi@yahoo.com and I can provide her contact email for you. Please be sure to use a subject line that references ephemera contact so I know it is you. Thanks!
Looks like you are definitely getting more traffic! I don't blame them as these makes of yours have been excellent!! I must have totally missed the backgrounds digital. I'll have to find that one too. He he. And love the skeletons in your closet!!

I love what you did with this day! I’m so far behind, but I’m trying to gather lots of ideas then combine them somehow, to put my own spin on it.

Absolutely love you not having a plan xx
Thank you!!! Oftentimes in creations, I do not have a plan when I start. Half the time, if I have a plan-I stray anyway.... so... why bother? 😂
@@JodiLewisCreations I hardly ever have a plan either, just the way I like it x

Thank you. Clearly, I am having too much fun with this kit. I keep finding myself giggling while working on the story.
@@JodiLewisCreations That's great! It seems like you know that story by heart!
@rhodaburks4970 I do not have it memorized. I keep referring back to it But it is sticking with me as I am doing that.
@@JodiLewisCreations I think I'm going to have to print that story out after all!
