- Taking on the massive "Heat n' Repeat" TRIPLE DECKER Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich Challenge at the Crafty Cow in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! Brave souls have just 15 minutes to take on a towering sandwich soaked in 3 of their premium hot sauces:
1) Classic Nashville Hot
2) "414 Fire" smothered in ghost pepper sauce
3) "MKE Lava" smothered in ghost pepper AND carolina reaper sauce
Along the way, you also have to finish a side of their creamy mac n' cheese, broccoli slaw, and a pint of beer! Winners get the $40 meal for free and a $30 Gift Card to use at the restaurant later!

As a veteran of Nashville Hot in the extra hot range I found myself yelling at the computer "NO! Don't eat all the pickles. You are going to need those later." The vinegar of the pickles definitely takes down the heat a notch. Much better than water which I think spins it up.
Water is the worst with spicy stuff. Definitely makes it worse
You are so funny when your in pain. The words you come out with. Oooo mamma! is hilarious. Despite suffering you nailed it and got the win. 🏆 champion job. Poor Randy. A spicy kiss is on it's way. Great job. X

Proceeds to shove surface-of-the-sun spicy hot food into her mouth and down her throat into her poor, unsuspecting, unprotected stomach. Wins the challenge in under 15 minutes.
The first one genuinely looks like a tasty experience. The others, a little bit on the wilder side. “Like a sponge of terror” 😆 Laughter
I’ve never been a fan of spicy challenges, but this one looks like a good blend between spice and quantity in terms of difficulty

Katina, beer is the worst thing to drink with spicy food. Take a curry leaf out of the Indian handbook and drink strong black tea. It equalizes your body temperature so the heat doesn't feel so bad. It does work!
Yes, I’m sure at this Nashville restaurant they have strong Indian black tea.

Just to make sure you get an answer, when she does them on her own, they are more spontaneous. I’m just finishing up my break and especially the first half of 2022, we will do some local events and they will be announced beforehand. Looking forward to meeting you!!

Having been placed on a very restrictive diet due to ulcers,.I do miss my spicy foods Jalapeños and green chile for one. Katina you are absolutely the best to watch.
