How can can you access e katha? From which site? What info u require? U have not mentioned this. I need to pay my property in Bangalore( Anekal). I only have my documents and property tax receipt which is in Kannada ! I know only English n malayalam

No, without property ID, sale deed etc, you can search for the property. Might be there is an option to search by name, but not accessible to public, need to go through official support

If you have manual hand written khata then no use. You can'y check/pay online.

It is better to ask current owner to give an application to panchayat and get it updated

You can't convert manual to e khata online.

Looks like, you have a manual (hand written) khata then, only computerized khatas will work online
