I want to thank you soooooooooooo much for inspiration you have instilled in me. i have been battling cancer at Fox Chase Cancer Center, Pa now going on 15 years now and i'm fighting again for my life doing chemo, i'm going back for my 3rd round next week but ever since i found your channel i feel alive again and because of you i was able to make my wife's birthday cake this Sept 5, 2018. Now my cake skills are not to your level yet but now i'm finding it a lot easier to deal with the side effects of the treatments because i focus my mind and time on making all kinds of cakes just to improve on it. thank you so much for being such a spectacular talented individual. i look forward to every video that you put out and keep up the great work. yours truly Jose Seda and family.

thank you so much for your prayers, I'm actually in the kitchen right now watching baking videos and making mini lemon cakes and lemon vanilla buttercream frosting from scratch and mixed it all with a brand new Black and Decker hand mixer. I,m soooooooooooo happy right now. weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. hehehe

It was referring to the cake. He didn't want it to panic and ruin all the effort he made on it, and the best way to do that was to place the cake in a low-temperature area. Cakes love low-temperature areas.
