I decided to watch this movie because it looks like Through Night and Day (which made me cried a lot) but it turns out disappointing and not really heartwarming. I didnt even shed a single tear for them. This is cheating! And there's no any excuses for cheating. I know she did the right thing in the end to stay with her family but it just shows she didnt have a choice but to stay even that makes her unhappy. No lesson at all. The only good thing is the natural acting of Paolo and Yen kudos to them.
Kaya nga. This trailer made it seems like it was something heartfelt like Through Night And Day. Tapos tungkol lang pla sa pag commit ng adultery. It was no different from all the trashy local movies and teleserye na puro na lang tunkol sa pagiging kabit.

And Yen's character also flirting back even with her kid and husband. They made it seem like committing adultery is very simple and casual. Paolo's character didn't even show a bit of remorse knowing that he is trying to break up a family with a kid. I've never been an OFW but I have a lot of friends and family who are. And they dont have this kind of mentality.

I decided to watch this movie because it looks like Through Night and Day (which made me cried a lot) but it turns out disappointing and not really heartwarming. I didnt even shed a single tear for them. This is cheating! And there's no any excuses for cheating. I know she did the right thing in the end to stay with her family but it just shows she didnt have a choice but to stay even that makes her unhappy. No lesson at all. The only good thing is the natural acting of Paolo and Yen kudos to them.
Kaya nga. This trailer made it seems like it was something heartfelt like Through Night And Day. Tapos tungkol lang pla sa pag commit ng adultery. It was no different from all the trashy local movies and teleserye na puro na lang tunkol sa pagiging kabit.

And Yen's character also flirting back even with her kid and husband. They made it seem like committing adultery is very simple and casual. Paolo's character didn't even show a bit of remorse knowing that he is trying to break up a family with a kid.
I've never been an OFW but I have a lot of friends and family who are. And they dont have this kind of mentality.

my honest review. hndi naipadama ng movie kung bkt ganun agad lumalim ang feelings nila sa isat isa....maybe because kulang ang mga sweet at intimate moments at dahil din cguro hndi naipresent ng movie kung bakit nya kailangng ma fall agad agad sa isang guy knowing na may maganda syang buhay at maayos na family. Her husband was never bad to her at all. Mas naipakita pa tuloy ung ugali ng ibang ofw na madaling matukso at magtaksil ng ganun ganun lang. Yun ang nakakalungkot...

It’s a sad story actually… I am against infidelity! And I hate it… pero with this story parang na iintindihan ko. Hindi ako na irita sa story. Kasi parang, Mhajoy married her husband out of pure convenience. It wasn’t born out of love. It’s totally one sided. And plus the way how the husband is treating her, parang hindi nya na memeet yung love language ni Mhajoy. Whereas yung kay Nico, it was built on love. Mali talaga how their love story started but na iintindihan ko… kasi nga dapat si Nico ang the one sana! ika nga sa kanta IT’S SAD TO BELONG TO SOMEONE ELSE WHEN THE RIGHT ONE COMES ALONG…

Nope, both Mahjoy and Nico were immature children. Lol Mahjoy for being soooo mahinhin and not even once standing up for herself in the marriage, and Nico for being a selfish asshat.
If Nico truly loved Mahjoy, ANY decent person in love would have thought of the other person first before themselves. He would have thought about how it would affect Mahjoy’s happiness if she cheated. But no, all he could think of was “What about me? Am I not loved anymore? Was what we had nothing to you?” Me. Me.
