Sir apny bohot se Important points skip kiye hai. 1) Carbon dioxide and water form Carbonic acid in the presence of Enzyme called Carbonic Anhydrase 2) carbonic acid (unstable) splits into bicarbonate and Hydrogen ion in the presence of Carbonic anhydrase Note: carbonic anhydrase is present only in RBC 3) Anion exchanger 1(band 3 protien) , acts like antiporter pump in RBC membrane , which is responsible for Chloride shift phenomenon ( Line from Sembulingam)
