Hi, My almond flour was also oily so i tried putting it on the oven and unfortunately it got burned a little and it turned toasted brown my oven doesn’t have 90c so i put it in 100c and that happened but its not so burnt just a little and toasted i wonder if i can still use it almond flour is not available in my area so i dont wanna waste it, I wonder if i can do something else to make it less oily without baking it
Hi, Your receipt and tutorial was very good. After three failures the macarons came out beautifully. The initial failures were due to my oven. Like you said, I have found the ‘sweet spot’ and they come out with pretty little feet, full . Could you pls send me the receipt for chocolate macarons. Many thanks

Dear Shinee, Pistachio macarons turned out beautifully. I did cream cheese and pistachio filling bc I love cheese😁. I have given it with my daughter just few minutes ago to take it to my cousins. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe. Just a request: could you please do another macaron tutorial (doesn’t matter which flavour or filling). I just looove watching you bake🥰
Bummer my way of talking doesn't jive with you. No worries though, you can read this post instead: www.sweetandsavorybyshinee.com/french-macaron-troubleshooting-guide/

Hoe can I fix oily macaron plz ❤
I use C&H granulated sugar. Do I need to make own super fine sugar?
No, if the granules are pretty fine, you should be fine.
I put my sugar in the food processor for a few seconds if I can’t get bakers sugar.
Yep, it's perfect trick for it!!
My almond flour turned brown when i dried it out. Help!!
Oh no, did you bake them at 200°F? If so, make sure your oven temperature is accurate. It sounds like your oven runs hot.
I wish I could understand what you are saying.... Maybe slow down at least??!
