Oh well. I know somebody who spread cooked pasta with bacon cheese from a tube or a tub, (plastic container), then bunged it in the microwave. Calling it instant CARBONARA ! 😮🍽
The back side of this is less florists bakers and small stores overall, its an enormous franchise over 50% of the grocery market in the country and sure its great and convinient but almost impossible to compete with.
Me and my family shop at this store, and we spend around 700$ per month (2 adults and 2 kids) and we only eat out maybe 1-2 per month. So that includes all stuff for breakfast, lunch on weekends, (kids eat lunch for free in school) dinner, snacks, fruits , candy, housecleaning and some randoms, sometimes flowers 😊
ICA Maxi stores are big, but are dwarfed by the giant Swedish store Ullared, located in the region of Halland. Ullared is is in fact larger than any Walmart store on Earth. It even hosts its own reality tv show and a camping site!
For prices, I make it simple and divide SEK by ten to get a price in $, £, or €. It's not exactly right, but close enough. The store looks about average sized, a larger than a small one, but not large. A proper Supermarket sells bikes, clothes, grills, anything but alcohol
When you say "proper" I don't believe proper is the correct expression because every country can be different, & including the U.S. -- they vary in size & what they stock. There is no 1 set rule of how it should be or how it actually is.
@@carolhayar3037 You see, a proper (Swedish) supermarket is insane, you'l have to walk through 100 meters of baby clothes and gardening equipment before you get to the food.
The monkey with bananas is where kids are allowed to take one fruit for free. The sign above the monkey says that. A lot of grocerystores have that for kids.
Im some Sweden Super markets there are these thigs for kids in case they get hungry where they can take a banana from the pray of banans of the side of the banans n when ur done u thow the rest away in a trash can! :33
Most of the fruits is not actually fresh fresh, as most of them dont grow here, stuff like mangos etc are very processed.. my wife is cameroonian and cries daily how she misses real fresh african fruit 😂
This is a hyper marked. Retailing almost everything. Bar perhaps from pets... Those places are vast, stocked to the rafters, but utterly boring. 🛒🛒🛒🛒🛒🛒🛒🛒🛒🛒
The usually have a bakery in the store (In it's own little corner) so everything made is always fresh.
This really humbled me. You kind of take things for granted when you know they are there.
It’s swedish crowns, not Euro or USD. The worth varies of course, but think dividing it by ten.
Swedish *krona
What a huge market!! That was a nice tour! 😊
It should say CREAMY CHEESE on them tubes, not creamy sauce 😂😂😂

The swedish currency is called "crowns" and has the ForEx ticker of SEK. SEK to USD is roughly 0.09.
