Everyone is different and do different things when they are lying. First you need to get a person's base line before judging if they are lying or not. If you don't understand what I mean by baseline, it is to see how someone acts when they are not lying and how they act when they are lying. When I received polygraphs the tester at the three letter agency I worked for would ask me my name, age, etc. to get a baseline on my honest replies. Then they would force me to lie by saying something like "I've never driven above the speed limit" to get a baseline on my lying. You can do the same thing without a polygraph machine but you must pay very close attention to the body language to know when a person is lying or not. If you are trying to be sneaky just ask a person non threatening questions you believe that won't lie about to get a baseline on their truthful body language. But bottom line I didn't see a chance anywhere in this video to get this prisoner's baseline. At least not enough to feel confident. Just remember everyone lies different. There's no one size fits all. There is even people that can lie without feeling anything in their conscience so you can't know for sure if they are lying.
Why would you believe another inmate above him! He’s lying! And what a sorry Judge! And we expect to out guilty people in prison with this judge who knows if they are guilty or innocent if he lets crap come in that shouldn’t be in. The judge is so lossy! And the DA is lossy!

This prosecutor seems very incompetent and is frustrating to listen to with his Uhhhs
It is incredibly dangerous for prisoners to have share a cell. This should not be. Private cells only.
Can the attorneys NOt stand up?
Seems so disrespectful
Broken legs. All of them.
I think one of them may have a disability so the judge is asking all of them to stay seated when questioning. Some of the attorneys have been able to approach the witnesses.
Judges decide sit or stand. Seated takes less Court time.
They use table mics, when they stand they can't be heard easily.
The DA coached this guy so well that he mouthed "die, die" before tha camera panned away from him. This is one dirty DA.
This guy never blinks as he's answering questions, never overly shakes his head about.. he looks at you. He's calm he's telling the truth from what I see with my practicing body language
You better get some more practice if you think he's telling the truth. Also I'd suggest watching the entire testimony before suggesting someone is telling the truth. It's on cross you see the most tells
Just how his shoulders are indication of anxiety and lying
What he's looking at is the DA as he mouths what to say
Yeah he's totally honest! 🙄 He's a snitch B----. And everyone hates a snitch. Even cops
0:33 why is the prosecutor wording the same phrase?
Why would you believe another inmate above him! He’s lying! And what a sorry Judge! And we expect to out guilty people in prison with this judge who knows if they are guilty or innocent if he lets crap come in that shouldn’t be in. The judge is so lossy! And the DA is lossy!
Anyone else find this Zachary guy looks a bit like Brad Pitt??
👎
His ex is not attractive at all. Why would he be obsessed with her. He could do better.
@@piedpiper5886 u can do better
@@piedpiper5886 looks aren’t everything… shallow of you to think that
Bahhaha 😂 I was thinking if this was turned into a movie Brad Pitt could play him- it’s the tiny nose and the eyes 😂
Lmao! This is ridiculous. These snitches shouldn’t even be allowed to testify in any case.
for the record i think anderson is guilty, but this is the worst kind of testimony.
He said it 3 times die die die. The last as the camera went ofc him.
The cell mate looks very credible 😂
Sometimes inmates will Front , for survival in prison and just because they say it doesn't make it true
After watching just 10 minutes of this I can see it's a complete circus. Off to watch something with some substance.
Don’t blame you for not watching it. The judge is a nuisance.
A new judge 🙏🏼 please????
All prisoners talk clearly, more focused and on point. After all.. prison does rehabilitate people.
The Laughing/Grinning/Smirking Accused Zachariah Anderson stalked his Ex, and used his children and trackers to do so.
The Victim's DNA has been found in the Accused's Work Van
The Victim's burnt clothes were found in a fire pit on land owned by the Anderson family.
The Accused Stalker Murderer's Alibi was found to be a Lie, as his girlfriend took the stand to swear he was NOT with her at the time of the Murder.
Guilty 💯
Then why bring this “cellmate” up to testify? Even if he’s being honest, he’s sloppy with his testimony and rambles a lot. It is a distraction.
@@jennie5369 yes quite, I agree with you...but we don't know what type of Jury it is, and how they're going to view it.
Question. Why don’t they make use of the sidebar?
There is a comment made by the judge later on this same day about that, something to do with the appellate court not liking them iirc. It's either an objection/discussion there & then or kick the jury out & they argue in "private".
@@leafyfififoo The appellate court doesn’t like them? Shocker. I just don’t understand why the attorneys don’t just approach the bench. Sidebar. Jury doesn’t have to leave. Arguments had in private. Win/win.
Edited to add that after being in chat and reading everyone’s disdain for the way the judge was handling this case, I thought the previous commenter was saying the appellate court didn’t like the judge and his court. My bad! 😂
@@KnittingArtisan Did you read what that person said? The judge doesn't want them to. Discussion had in sidebar does not make the record. The outcome does - the conversation does not. Sometimes, an attorney will request a recap of the conversation be noted for the record outside of the presence of the jury though.
@@teemyoutube2066 After re-reading it, I realize that I misunderstood what they were saying the appellate court didn’t like. I get it now.
Omg the judge is killing me here
Look at the judge he doesn’t want to be in court today 😂
I feel like I seen this dude on multiple trials lol
How many unused trash bags were left?
“Ab ab ab objection, judge judge judge” 😅
The judge is the one causing this lengthy delay. He allows hours of discussion. He cannot efficiently speak. The prosecutor is unable to form a question effectively
I don’t trust the witness. Everything is too general. What makes him believable?
@Shauna I prefer police interrogation videos. Would love to cross-examine this guy. I’d start with “I know you are not a bad person” 😂
"The inmates called him houdini because he made a body dissapear" that is the most bs thing i have ever heard
I’ve never seen a defendant so animated before. He makes so many faces during the cell guy’s testimony. I can see how frustrated he is. He’s supposed to stay still and play it cool. He def has an anger problem and killed his ex’s lover.
I wonder if you would be able to stay calm, when someone is telling completely insane story that could land you behind bars for the rest of your life..
@HornedRabbit right?! OP is delusional. It would only make sense he was angry bc this dude is putting his life on the line to save his own. 🥴🥴
Oh God, not that judge!
Yup. I can’t even watch the whole thing it’s like watching paint dry. And the woman defense attorney is nauseating. This is gonna take 4ever at this rate; see ya at Christmas 🎄
I would not let him judge a dog show
Hilarious I said same thing o gawd not this Judge again lol......do you remember what case we all no him from now that I forgot lol
@@mariaslavinski1588 it was the Kyle Rittenhouse trial
@@durweed yes it was ty just 1 of those things ya no but ya don't remember lol
This judge needs to retire
