It makes sense actually because all the vendetta songs represent the clique and their personalities Vendetta bully represents bullies because it makes them SEEM intimidating (like their leader, Russell) when in reality they're fairly weak.
Think about it like this: The Bullies are actually weak, so when this theme comes up... that's Jimmy getting hyped. More easy CASHMONEY from those chumps!

I find funny that those who are supposed to be the despicable ones and your enemies are actually the most loyal and likeable clique. None of them really like bullying but they do that because Russell is misguided, Wade hates his dad, Ethan likes to fight rather than torture others, Davis was tortured by his cousin, Tom because he's paranoid and think others will pick on him, Trent because he's cocky and Troy is desperately trying to hide his homosexuality. They also have a kickass theme.
I like how the bullies theme sounds scary as shit, but they're not hard to fight. You can beat most of the bullies from an extremely early point in the story, weaponless too. 3 hit combos are enough to take down the entire clique (besides Russell) if you're smart about it. But that's kinda the point of the bullies. They're scary, hence why they're bullies, but they aren't ready for a fight usually and don't know what they're doing.
I like how Bully plays with that subversion of how sometimes an opponent seems powerful but is pretty weak once you get to him. They did it with the bullies (minus Russell), Derby, especially Ted, and even Gary (he was not only easily beaten up but also screwed himself over with his manic outburst). It's like Jimmy tested the other guys' actual strength, and a lot of them turned out to be cowards or weak.
This inspired me to write my own song, i made a riff super similar to this, and used it for an intro to a song, this game inspired me so much, i absolutely love the soundtrack
I remember the time I tried to beat russell with the fire extinguisher from the boys dorm while he was screwing around in the parking lots. Long story short, (as in he chased me all the way back to the dorm) he took the extinguisher from me and beat the shit out of me with it. Good times
I just can't get enough of this track. It's arguably the most hardcore fighting theme in Bully. Not necessarily the best one out of the six, but it's the most fitting as a fighting theme. Too bad the bullies are quite weak, apart from Russell.

The fucking nostalgia bro, this was one of my favorite games to play on Xbox 360, i remember going to the cafeteria and not even starting class at the beginning of the game and just watching people slip as i put Banana peels in the walkway and laugh my ass off in 2015 and i remember my dad modding Bully so everything was unlocked and i would throw eggs at people outside of School in 2013. I came back to it on Xbox one S in late 2021 and managed to get to chapter 3 where i can free roam outside. Literally one of the best games of all time, truly ahead of its time.
