I have been so beaten down by life over the last few years that I had forgotten to believe the affirmations included in this video. I kept this video on looping since I have TH-cam Premium. After a few days, I woke up and immediately stood in front of the mirror and was ready. That's my amateur tip, keep listening even if you do not fully or even partially believe the messages being offered to you. The affirmations included are the seed from which happiness springs forth from masculine energy. Additionally, others value them highly especially if you do not. Turn and face your personal demons and dissolve them one by one. If needed, seek outside help from a counselor or rehabilitation center. There are armies of helpers out there waiting for you to take that one step so that they can help you. All they need is your consent and buy in. Sometimes in life you have to match like things to each other in order to believe swap. Offering positive energy to the content creator for both making and posting this important video. Hug worthy.
