So very fascinating to see a trip in England! So Lush and green as far as you can see! Wow 🤩. This was an awesome video, thanks for posting! Your a beast 💪 wow, massive miles
@@MaylesTrails right!!! So true lol. Here in Southern California after rain, the mountains turn fairly brown pretty fast in some parts. Definitely give and take. The roaming animals are awesome too in your video too
@@Mike_Blanda Some great places to hike in Southern California though. San Jacinto is my favourite that I've done there. I love how it goes from 100+ degree desert to alpine scenery and snow!
@@MaylesTrails HAHA isn't that insane!!! Wild right! I want to get to Barlow Flat camp out of Big Sur soon. Catalina loop too... We have so many amazing backpacking options here, right!
Really enjoyed that end to end. Your ankles on the mend for sure - all good for Norway and the west Highland Way. I think Appalachian Trail fans would like the Mortimer Trail to - well wooded. I've just enjoyed that one myself. A good old pitch there. You could see into Mid Wales and you got a reasonable sleep to. Well, the weather came at the end - good timing I'd say. I take it your based in Shropshire. I'm next door in Herefordshire. It's a green and pleasant land. All the best out there. Mark
Thanks. Yeah, I just finished up my Norway trip today. Incredible scenery! Video to come soon. I've not heard of the Mortimer Trail before, but might have to check it out sometime. Any good trails further into Herefordshire? Yes, I'm based in Shropshire at the moment.
@@MaylesTrails A pleasure bro. Hey, good to hear of the Norway trip. I'll keep an eye out for a video maybe. For sure the 'Mortimer Trail' is worth a trekk. It's only 32 miles but it's nearly all woodland and ridges - lovely! It's from Ludlow to Kington. There is a recent video on my channel if you wanna settle down and check it out. Please do comment. I thought you might be in Shropshire. Peace.
Great little adventure, and nicely filmed
Lovely to see the ponies on the hill, too 11:38

Good that your ankle is better. A very beautiful place to camp beside those horses.
Thanks! Yeah, good to be back out there. The horses were very friendly!
