But honestly, I think Doom also wants her to love him because he's also curious what it's like to be loved and to love.
I really teared at this ending 🥺 although he wasn't exactly confessing, it sounded like a sincere confession - "Love me. Be the first human to love me." It sounded so vulnerable and raw, and his eyes looked so sad, as if he's begging her to do sth impossible;;;;;; and when they really fall in love, Myulmang will probably be the one who dies (which was his plan all along), but that's when he'd want to live to be with Dongkyung 😭
It's ok guys!! I don't think a happy ending is impossible, because it seems like the girl god is gonna be of help to their fate somehow, and there are some theories he might be reborn as human. We just needa be ready for the pain when it comes 😩✊ Edit: i guess not abt the girl god part.............

What i do is i watch their gestures and listen to grasp the context in raw releases. Sometimes 2-3 rewatch (coz im impatient and waiting for the subs). Then i rewatch the subbed to see if what i interpreted was right, and if u get it right 💡 u remember it better becoz of the achievement. If i get it wrong, i will also remember it becoz the next time i encounter the same phrase, i could differentiate.

I don't know why but this whole Myul Mang wanting to die but being loved troupe reminds me of the movie "Me Before You". I mean, he's wanting to love and be loved and still wanting to choose death at least at this moment. I hope in the end, he chooses to live and living. I hope for a happy ending for them.
This is what I understood. Myulmang is korean for doom. He is created by the 'young lady' deity to be the button for doom/death to happen with his very being every gesture, every step, every breathe. He is immortal. The 'young lady' is the current form which the deity is born into the world brought through when/where most humans call for her. The irony that the deity is born mortal in the world and sacrifices/dies to save and continue the human world existence. Myulmang is irritated with this fact that he had to suffer for humans hearing the negative thoughts of human all the time and that his creator has to repeatedly suffer and die off again all for humans. Hence, he wants complete destruction for the world 'garden' for him and his creator to be free even if it would mean his death.
