Police Officer Breaks Homeless Man's Crutches On Purpose. Then This Happens

Kendrick has been trying to adjust to being homeless when he suffers an injury. Now on crutches, he is unable to walk and unable to work. One day, while begging for change at a street corner, Kendrick is confronted by a police officer. The cop demands he leave the area as there is no soliciting and no panhandling allowed. Then the officer accuses Kendrick of faking his injury in an attempt to extort more money from people. Later as Mango Park Police Captain James Porter arrives on the scene, he witnesses the officer manhandle Kendrick and break his crutches.
