This dance seems complicated but its not!! I've been looking at the comments and I don't get how others think that Lisa is exaggerating! Like those dance steps are beautiful with or without that much energy! I've been learning k-pop dances from Lisa for a good 5 months now and it's been really easy and fast because of you Lisa

The exaggerated movements help those some that are learning (such as me) distunguish the steps more (if that makes sense) so im kinda thankful for her exaggerating it a bit. I just tone it down after I memorize the part or the dance.
that would be understandable if she was exaggerating it while ~teaching~ the steps, but she does it when she's showing the whole choreo and it messes up the steps she already taught (?) idk if that makes sense
Hi~ I just want u to notice that in Yuna's part (the neck one) at 4:29 you've mistaken the feet's position. The left one was the one who flex and right one was the one who does that "kick". Oh, and also in the original dance they doesn't do that kick, but it looks cool. Besides that, good job. ♡

Watching her exaggerate the movements a bit help me with the dance more :)) it really depends on the dancer on how they would execute the dance after they learned it :)) so yeah, her movements help.
I think it is better to exaggerate when teaching dance because the learners can easily distinguish the different dance moves, therefore, its easier to learn. A lot of dancers do that, plus it isn't wrong to make the dance hers or put it in her own style, I'm sure if you learn the dance it won't be exactly the same as the actual dance, but it would have your own 'style' anyway better more energy than none :)

i learned the mic drop choreo just by slowing their dance practice. if you haven't found a tutorial, try it. it works for me.
