Hi Joe, that is a valid question. Your best to reach out to us via phone or email and we can put you in touch with a re-seller near you (in Australia). Most dealers have service technicians that are trained to perform repairs. We keep parts in stock, so can assist them with that.
Hi everyone, I bought a second hand wuingo vitesse 2, does anyone know how to put it in neutral, tried everything, even the black lever with black round knob, can some help me with this issue, thanks inadvance
Hi Jasbir, your on the right track, the black lever under the seat is the correct lever. You need to push it down and the slide it towards the tiller. this will put the scooter into free-wheel mode. To operate the scooter, you will need to reverse the process, as you won't be able to ride it while it's in free wheel mode.
How are you liking your Vitess 2? Is it able to go on bumpy off-road trails? Or is it only good on pavement? I’d love to know how you like it and if you’ve had any problems or dislike anything about it. Thanks!
Hi Pamela, we are a wholesaler so we don't sell direct to the public, however you can find dealers on our website www.wholesalemobility.com.au/find-a-dealer
I want to know who repairs this scooter if something goes wrong ?

Exactly!I live 6 hours from the California dealer and don’t want to have to go down there to get it fixed!
