Dont eat oily spicy food
Don't take food which are hot in tasir.

If U want to say Metformin,,,then obviously u can take urispas with Metformin

I just saw ur USG report......first thing u need to consult with your gynaecologist for fibroid in the uterus.... and second is u need to strictly control your weight and life style modification like exercise,,low calorie diet ,,no non veg,,,, only vegetables and fruits as much as possible......
