It is the beginning state of matter and born into a realm outside of light and darkness, but was made evil by being exposed to evil emotions. Both the Zero/Dark Matter races and the Kirby race which eventually mature into Meta Knight and Galacta Knight type beings come from Void Matter that has been born into places of positive or negative emotions. They're all basically a metaphor for humans. Void is the embryo that exist inside the womb, is made of stem cells that can become anything, and the outer body acted like the mother of it. Once born the situation we are born into ultimately has a heavy influence on us. Kirby is a child born into a good environment that has limitless potential and can be anything that he puts his mind to. Meta Knight is similar, ut he has matured and found his desired path in life. That of a swordsman who protects justice and the world of Pop Star. Galacta Knight started out similar, but became obseesed with being the strongest, and his power turned him into a killing machine that was always seeking out new opponents to destroy. Similarly Dark Matter are the young negative parallel to Kirby that infest and corrupt others to gain power rather then consume them for their power. Zero, Dark Mind, Dark Nebula, and the rest of the eye based final bosses are fully grown dark beings that are parallel to Meta Knight and Galacta Knight. Gooey is a unique case of a Dark Matter entity that became exposed to the positive influence of Dream Land before its path was set in stone, and thus it carries traits from both sides. The Kirb skin that looks like Kirby's very first appearance mirrors Kirby's youngest and least developed form from before he even learned to copy powers.

That feeling when C-R-O-W-N-E-D kicks in makes me always cry almost as if Magolor just sacrificed himself to hold back Void, and that also goes for the Dark Mind leitmotif. When I hear Lifelight I think Kirby is staring at Void, paralyzed, unable to comprehend what's happening as if, to put it in meme format, "kirby.exe has stopped working". He knows what's in front of him and he knows what it can do, and he knows he can't stop it, but...why doesn't he do it immediately? Is it mercy? Is it...fear? Fear of what he might become? As he stays paralyzed Void tries to attack him and the Dream Friends immediately become human shields for the one who saved them from their grim fates in previous games. He never turned their back on him, now they'll repay the favor.
Nice Lifelight snippet. I think it is fitting, since Kiira and Darz DID cause omnicide, but Kiira was misunderstood when he did so. Darz is a killer because he likes destruction.

hi, i'm not entirely sure if you still happen to be active, but i am interested in this song for a community chart in a roblox rhythm game called Rap Ability Test (the only micro-transactions in the game are both entirely cosmetic and optional, if that happens to be a concern). I was wondering if i could have your blessing to do so? If so, would you also happen to have the bpm changes for the song? If you don't want to bother with that, it's completely okay and isn't any sort of dealbreaker, it'd just save me a bit of trial-and-error.
This is pretty sloppily edited; The transition between Void Soul's original song (with the extra drums tacked on) and the new section doesn't feel fluid, whereas the transitions between tracks in the Soul Melter Medley were fluid between tracks so as to create the "medley" part of it. The new section does sound pretty spot-on for the style that the Soul Melter Medley was in, however, so congrats on that. Y'know, except for the fact that the original song is in a 3/4 time signature and this remix doesn't follow suit. Light and TNH seem to keep the time signature of the original song intact when making remixes, whereas this doesn't, so those are the things that bug me the most. Another thing that bugs me a bit is the 8-bit section's Green Greens melody seeming to just be a 3/4 version syncopated incorrectly. I'd make the last 3 notes of the first half of it be a note-length closer to the second half of the melody. And wow, that synth in the second Green Greens melody for the 8-bit section just hurt my ears; maybe go for something that's a bit easier on the ears instead. Overall, this is really good, except for those slight problems I had with it. Then again, I still have 4 minutes of the medley to go, so who knows what'll happen in the final sections.
OH MY GOD YOU PUT IN LIFELIGHT, THAT'S AMAZING It's a really good melody to reference, since World of Light is basically a Kirby game with Smash's coat of paint to spice things up, and it's put to great use here (other than some notes that sound a slight bit off, but that might just be me). If I could take a look at the composition, I'd try to clean up the errors I heard, but other than the nitpicks I had, that's all I'd really change about the composition. It's a great song with slight flaws in both its composition and its instrumentation to keep it from being on the same rank as Light MetaS and TNH.
