    Ingredients for Restaurant Style Chicken Gravy:
    - Chicken small cut pieces with bones- 500 gms
    - Onions, sliced- 3 medium
    - Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tsp
    - Dahi thick - 1 cup
    - Whole red chillies- 1-2
    - Bayleaf
    -Coriander leaves
    Powders:
    - Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
    - Red Chilli Powder- 1.5 tsp
    - Coriander powder- 2 tsp
    - cumin powder - 1tsp
    - Black pepper powder - 1tsp
    - Oil- 4 tbsp
    - Salt to taste
    Preparation:
    Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes with dahi ,red chilli powder, haldi powder, and ginger garlic green chilli paste
    - Slice the onions
    Process:
    - Heat oil in a pan/kadai.
    - Add the sliced onions and fry on medium heat for 8 to 10 mins till it turns golden brown
    - Now add the Marinated chicken and fry for 5 to 8 mins on medium heat
    - Add turmeric, red chilli , black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powders, ginger garlic green chilli paste and mix it well. Fry it on low heat for 8 to 10 mins till oil separates indicating spices are cooked well.
    - Add the hot water according to thickness of gravy
    mix well , cover & cook till chicken gets soft.
    - Remove the lid and add chopped coriander leaves,
    Serve with chapati or rice and enjoy
