Planting season should be next uear April-May-June. Visit/Call Ace Rabbit farms, Elliot specifically, and ask for some seeds if any available...

Is Alfalfa grown thru seeds alone?
My alfalfa seeds sprouted well but didn't do well though they were well cared for

Hi @Christopher, we had a similar experience. We lost all of our alfalfa germinated seedlings. The culprit is "nematodes". And because of this, we have invested in the coated seeds which is protected from nematodes. So success rates is more than 90%. Secondly, seed is the propagation method as far as I know. Now, don't give up...if you are in Ghana, Accra, I will suggest you go to Elliot for a small sample of our coated seeds.

@@acerabbitfarms Thank you for your good gesture. I bought mine from Farming in Africa and I believe the seeds are coated.
