OK, the guy have skills and it is not easy to make good pizza with electric oven as he did. He has great potential to grow. But please, and I repeat please tell the pizza maker if you can, if he starts don't calling "italian style" pizza a kind of pizza with chicken.
Original Neapolitan pizza toppings do not include chicken. No in any way. 😩
It is considered disgusting for us Italians to eat chicken with cheese on pizza and it is only a choice for Asian people taste, and for taste of some Americans and English too. 😓
