@@georgia_adventurer yessir, lots of good memories for me, and I’m old enough to remember listening to Cardinals games at night, either on the front porch with my Dad or a the kitchen table.
Excellent truck finds! Hope you get the problems sorted out. Love your Granddaddy’s radio! I’ll trade in my iPhone for that any day. Beautiful Jack knife! Nice job cleaning it up. Have a blessed Sunday! Cheers, RW
Dang! I clean out the Jeep and all I find is old pine needles and stale French fries. 😂. Nice finds. Awesome radio, with a great family connection. Something great to listen to while you work on knives. Great job on the Case. Have a great and blessed evening!
Very nice finds! I think it’s really cool you found your grandfather’s radio. You should listen to a ball game on it as you are polishing some knives. That 70’s Case knife is a nice one with lot of snap. 👍
Nice video. Beauty of a knife!! If Grandad was from MO as well I hope he was a Cards fan! Probably listening about Ozzie,Lonnie, Lofton and the likes. Or maybe older? I’d treasure that and put it on every time they are playing for background noise. Glad it works and you have it!!
Yeah, I think I still have one of my old transistor radios...it used to get ballgames and music...now all it gets is commercials 😃The knife is a good example of the craftsmanship that gave Case it's reputation...hope the pesky truck issue get's resolved for you soon....Jim
Nice finds brother! Haha heck yeah. That Zenith radio is awesome man i love the sound of it and i am sure you do too. My papaw and dad used to use little radios to listen to the games anywhere they went haha. Good stuff. That swell end jack looks so good brother. Those older ones always have the gator snap. God bless
@@R.H.bladeNshade Just good stuff brother Ryan. I sure miss them days for sure. Yeah can’t beat a 70s Case. Thanks for watching brother, and have a blessed evening.
My Dad always had a radio on the top of the refrigerator…he would listen to the Braves on an AM station…that radio you showed is a treasure

My bad, didn’t think you were that “seasoned”. Figured you grew up watching Whitey trade all our good players to them dang Braves 🤬
