Random question but for your bulk booster box things, what is accepted exactly? I was told only the Pokemon cards, no trainers and common and uncommons ONLY. Can you clear that up for me?
Hi there! I've got some info on your question about if this trio is really full of dogs.
Each of the legendary 'dogs' has canine traits, but are also catlike and mixed with mythological creatures.
Raikou is noticeably based on a Saber-tooth Tiger. It also takes inspiration from Raijuu, a catch-all name for eastern Asiatic thunder gods.
Entei is possibly the most "dog-like" but clearly based on a specific mythological figure. Namely the Chinese 'guardian lions.'
Suicune is tricky, taking inspiration from a lot of different creatures. Most notably, the Qilin or Kirin. This mythic creature has a ton of different animal traits.

To answer the question, no the trio are NOT dogs. I can support this with something I noticed in the 3rd Pokemon movie featuring Entei. His claws retract, which is only a feature found in feline species, not canines. Raikou entirely resembles a tiger with saber teeth, and Suicune would more than likely be some kind of Panther due to the swiftness and just how difficult it is to find.
I don't know why I watch these but I like u guys!

To *kind of* answer your questions, according to one of the most popular theories concerning Entei, Suicune, and Raikou, they are believed to be a Flareon, Vaporeon, and Jolteon, that were revived by Ho-Oh when they perished in the Burned Tower in Gold and Silver.

They are said to be Derium, Mikey, and Dan.
I opened an evolutions blister pack and all 3 packs contained an EX or better. 1st pack was the Mega Charizard Y Full art worth 30$, the 2nd had a Pidgeot EX, and the last had Misty's Determination full art. Loved it so much!
to answer your question, they're officially called 'Legendary beasts' for that exact reason, only one has a distinct 'Dog' likeness. The other two are more akin to tigers&lions. But since I'm oldschool I still call them 'Legendary Dogs' because fite me bro
Entei is somewhat based on a lion, Raikou somewhat on a tiger, and Suicune is kinda like a deer/unicorn and maybe based on a Leopard. At least thats from what I gather!

Entei, Raikou, and Suicune are pretty much just "beasts" rather than dogs or cats. Entei and Suicune may arguably hold resemblance to canines, but Raikou has closer resemblance to a sabertooth tiger than any canine.
Yeah they are all basically dogs but some people disagree cause of the theory that they used to be Flareon,Jolteon,and Vaporeon before they died and Ho-oh resurrected them so basically yes they are giant elemental doggos

21:36 Dan technically I guess they're dogs that's what I used to call them any way but they are technically the "Legendary Beast Trio" raikou is more feline and sabertooth like so beasts makes more sense I suppose. the first 3 trios will alwaya be the birds dogs and golems to me

Entei is supposed to be based on a guardian lion, Raikou is based on a sabre-toothed tiger and Raiju, and Suicine is based on the Qilin, a mythological Chinese creature that has physical features of lions, deer, unicorns, and dragons. None of them are based on dogs, they are all partially based on lions/tigers.
i wanted these but here they're each 20€, and I'd rather get three guardians rising blisters for 18€ each ;)

technically animals aren't in the pokeverse. but I would say they aren't canine. if you think of it, raikou more resembles a feline. the saber-toothed tiger.

I got sleeves that have a coloured texture on the back simply because i can see them better and also it makes it way easy to handle! And Google thats how you spell Coloured dont you know how to spell?
Wouldn't you want to at least penny sleeve all the holo/reverse holo cards for the customers you sell them to in your store? I know I've bought holo cards that had scratches on them. Just a suggestion. :)
