I don't think I'll be quitting being Once if I become JYP staff / be close professionally to Twice. I know they are ordinary people (except for my precious Mina who is a Japanese princess), and that is why I admire them--they are a living reminder that you can succeed and be the best in your field with honesty, humility, and hard work. I love how momo and jihyo were just like "we're ordinary people" and "you may stop being once if you were staff." It's such sincere humility that makes it even more obvious that working with them would be awesome. I'm sure there are lots of idols and celebrities that would be bad to work with due to being pretentious and demanding, but not Twice. I'm sure the opposite happens where people who aren't once become once after working with them. This reminds me of the behind the scenes of jihyo's performance where all the background dancers clearly really liked jihyo as a person.
I thought they knew by now that the main reason we love them is because they are ordinary people and are being themselves. There are many pretentious idols around. What we need is authenticity and sincerity. That's why those are key characteristics JYP looks for in his idols and I appreciate him for that.
