The frame has turned out really well Joe. It's nice to see the end result after all the hard work that goes into something like this. A few days work condensed into a 10 min video lol. I like the gadget you got for Christmas, very handy tool to have.
Great video. I powder coated another bike frame in gloss black and it looked amazing. Looking forward to see what you do with your ER5. Another positive is I got my ER5 tested for NOx emissions for the London ULEZ and it passed with no tweaks. Mine is a stock 1997 model with a full black widow exhaust as the only modification.
My friend has an ER5 and his main stand collapsed due to the rust. I had to cut the seized bolt out with a grinder, he found a replacement and had it powder coated.

That's why I was so relieved to find I had a solid stand 😌
