This is the best explanation of sprinter/runners lunge I’ve seen. If springs are too heavy it just ruins the entire movement by compensating in an unsafe position. Thank you for this!
@@juliereyes8783 you’re too sweet. Thank you for taking the time to share this with me. I’m not a fan when instructors start with this exercise or any other isometric hold for the target leg. We as instructors need to work the leg through a full range of motion for 1-2 exercises before an isometric exercise
