A lot of people complained about the episode that came out and... as much as I understand the criticism, I don't agree with it. I think the beach scene was exactly as it should've been. I found her calm and serene, like two people who haven't seen each other for a long time, became different people and now meet in a very sad circumstance... I felt like it was beautiful.
Did it suck that the scene was dark? Yup. But I survived the teen wolf era I can survive now too hahah
I hope someone enjoy it (:

We haven't know that yet in tv series version. Only in the book so far, but that book is also filled with rumour and uncertain different perspectives. So let's see.
There are narrators in the book that say he cheats and others that say he didn’t. This Daemon is massively superior to book Daemon and this soulmate-caliber love story is a new invention as well. I would be genuinely shocked if they had Daemon be unfaithful to her. Their love story is a huge focus of the first 7 episodes. They might even change the ending at this rate. Unreliable narrator has a ton of wiggle room.

They made it obvious, well at least to me and some other viewers, the only woman Daemon (in the show) wanted to marry (not just to f***) was Rhaenyra, eventhough he admired and respected Laena. So I am sure Daemon will treasure his relationship with Rhaenyra because it took long time to be finally with her.
