Efasal is building an efficient supply chain for all farm inputs leveraging technology to reduce TAT and inefficiencies while linking input producers and buyers in a seamless, transparent, and value-driven relationship.
It aims to be a bulk buyer to the manufacturers by aggregating demand through its franchisee model named ‘Efasal Center’ or ‘Farmers’ own Shop’.
It provides the entire range of farm inputs, sourced directly from manufacturers where each center will serve the farmers of around 20-25 adjoining villages.

Efasal was launched on 10th April 2017 by obtaining a Certificate of Incorporation from Central Registration Centre Manesar Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Company Affairs, New Delhi.
The main objects, inter alia, of carrying on the business of agricultural products such as seeds, fertilizer, implements, pesticides, commodities, etc. and having its Registered / Administrative Office at 305, Utsav Avenue, 12/5, Jaora Compound Indore.
The vision and mission of Efasal
The vision of this venture is to make agriculture profitable by:
• Making the Agri supply chain efficient by reducing stakeholders in the chain
• Democratizing the inputs distribution channel, maintaining brand neutrality
• Reducing input cost by easy access to quality and right-priced Agri inputs to the farmers
• Co-opting value chain intermediaries rather than disrupting the existing supply chains at a high cost
• Creating a direct selling model from the factory to farm
• Creating jobs at the village level
• Providing technical support to the farmers for improving productivity and quality of produce.
