Blend shapes are fine but animating by selecting individual bones is a pain, do let us know if you find a way to put a control rig on top of the character. Great video btw.

Save as a blender file name vroid.blend. When you want to use it, open your blender project, then open your vroid.blend at the same time, direct copy and paste from vroid.blend to your project.

The issue I have is that when I import the VRM file, the textures are not importing.
I did not have the appropriate "viewpoint shading" button selected. Doing so gave me the textures and colors.
Also, the textures are not saving in the folder.
