I've always had a lot of luck with the bubble gum color on a cloudy day by twitching it!!! I've caught huge bass on that same color and it was on pre-spawn or spawn, but always on a cloudy day!!!
Methialate in the ZMan floating worm is always a go to for me!! Fished with a floating rig and or t-rig. I like bubble gum, chartruse and white but that red one is the 💣! I imagine there are bass teachers in all those schools, telling their students not to do METH!!! Sorry- fought it and I lost! 😅

FYI... These colors work well in 4 foot or less water most all times
Methylate looks like the same color as salmon eggs.
