Bit of Lore Dan missed: The Zurks were created by the Neco Corporation. It started out as a bacteria designed to eat trash that was overflowing the slums. But after humans went extinct, it started mutating, and eating a lot more than trash. Now, there are Zurks, that eat anything that's in front of them. Even metal... Which is why the robots fear them so much. You learn this by finding a memory in the big infested tower, you find a neon sign advertising the Neco Corporation.
Fun cat fact (I want to do one per episode but don't have many at the moment so we'll see what happens): Ever wonder why cats tend to stop and stare at each other when crossing paths? They're likely squaring each other up. Cats have enhanced peripheral vision meaning they view things out of the corners of their eyes better than we do so they tend to only stare directly at things they want to fight, hence why feline staring contests usually end in a brawl. Next time you want to pet a cat, try to avoid looking at it as much by looking away every so often or slowly blinking instead as that is a sign of trust in cat language.

As someone who grew up watching DanTDM, I get a strange comfort from hearing his voice, as if reuniting with a relative I haven’t seen in a long time. I’m glad that he’s still getting the recognition he deserves!

they did the animations manually, 3 cats helped, they observed the cats carefully and how they moved. Other games used suits for cats but for stray they didnt
as a beginner animator myself i have to say the the devs of this game have: Rigged the cat model "purfectly" and the have animated it so real.. I've been a fan since 2016 and your content never gets old
I have been on their website and i have heard that Blue12 the studio behind the game loves cats and has cats and people they can take their cats to work and they actualy made the animations thx to the cats walking around the office
This game looks amazing so far! As a cat owner, I can say that the cat behaviour is very on point here! Love it! Things really started to get interesting towards the end of this episode. I couldn't explain the vibes that the visuals, characters, music, sounds or the story itself give off. I got really immersed in this, I have to say! I had to look away for a bit to come back to reality and to just snap out of it. This only happens to me after watching a really good movie! I'm very curious to see what happens next! Will be waiting for the following video with much excitement!!! 😊🌟

I actually can’t believe dantdm is still doing this a lot of my childhood TH-camrs stopped, Dan I’d love to say how almost halve if not almost all of us grew up with you some leave, some come back, but you will always stay special to me, I have so many memories I can list off of my head

Here's the code for the safe: So you basically go to Elliot and show him the code he will say "Dufer bar". Go to the near by bar, fastest way is to scratch his curtain, head inside and you will see a sign by the counter with the bartender saying "Dufer bar" and when you go to it you will see a picture above it. Scratch it and you will see the code to the safe "1283" after that go to the man that plays music, as I expect, I think you know what it is.
I'm super excited about the game release, I've been anticipating the release and I'm extremely happy that I finally get to see gameplay. The way the cats travel together as a pack is so adorable!
I’m late to saying this, but the thing the game does is kind of give you the personality of a cat; you’re curious to explore the map, as they made it big and realistic. After you know the map, you just wanna know more, and your also quickly getting to places instead of checking out things.

The graphics in this game are INSANE. The music in the background is awesome and gives off a vibe, the actions that the cats do are perfection 👍 I think the storyline aswell. Overall 10/10 game.

I absolutely adore these 'random' game playthroughs! All the games Dan chooses are so fun to watch and I just get a wave of excitement whenever I see that I can sit down to 1 hour of straight gamepley.
I just finished stray, and I loved it. When I finished it, I don’t want to spoil anything but there’s a partly happy and partly sad ending. When I finished. I ended up crying into the couch for about 5 minutes
i am actually so emotional when it comes to cats. i had to pause the video at the 10 minute mark to get tissue cause i actually just balled my eyes out to the cat falling. i've owned cats my entire life and the thought of them getting hurt with nobody to help them really kills me
Although the old channells I've enjoyed in the past are slowly dying I'm still supporting most of them. And I still enjoy binge watching some old nostalgic videos that help me remember about the good ol' days. Sad to say those days are over.

Having watched Jacksepticeye play this, the way they introduce the game mechanics is really smart, where in the 'tutorial' it's a cute oddity, then these mechanics have a much more useful purpose later on. Awesome stuff.
i have deducted that the fall of the pain buckets when dan swipes them is a 2.891 second fall. a paint bucket and a cat would hit the floor at the same time according to gallelio’s law. therefore yes, a cat probably would survive with injuries. a 2.891 second fall is around a 20-30 feet fall. I love how when you knock over the paint bucket, the cat leaves blue paw prints for a while. Wonderful attention to detail!

Being a cat owner, this game really touches my heart
The cat looks very much alike to one of my cats he unfortunately passed away 2 years ago seeing this game has really made me appreciate all the adventure's my cat must've gotten up to in his life.

Having watched Jacksepticeye play this, the way they introduce the game mechanics is really smart, where in the 'tutorial' it's a cute oddity, then these mechanics have a much more useful purpose later on. Awesome stuff.

i have deducted that the fall of the pain buckets when dan swipes them is a 2.891 second fall. a paint bucket and a cat would hit the floor at the same time according to gallelio’s law. therefore yes, a cat probably would survive with injuries. a 2.891 second fall is around a 20-30 feet fall.
