I saw the movie a couple of days ago and while I didn't hate it and actually enjoyed it to an extend, I did feel like there was a huge potential wasted for a few reasons. One of those reasons was the lack of the Uncharted theme. In the movie we only hear it 2 times excluding the credits (One time acoustic and one time epic) and even then it's only played for about 20 seconds.
Not only should the movie have used this, but I think the trailers would have gotten (slightly) better reception if they had used this music as well. Again, it wasn't a bad movie and I did enjoy it, but given how many resources the source material provides (Story, music, etc.), I think most people will agree that the potential here was wasted :(

This is the music that the movie SHOULD have used. I was hoping for the classic Uncharted theme on a big cinematic level and sadly that didn't happen. This is fantastic though
Agree, but it's propably gonna be used more for the sequel - after all, Nate's Theme is for the Nate we know from the games, and the movie is about how Nate became that Nate.

I purposely waited for the end of the movie after the end credits just to hear it played for 30 seconds
Sounds like its trying just a bit too hard.

This right here is amazing. I'm really glad that the movie has revitalized the fanbase of Uncharted. I hope to see more Uncharted content not just by you, but from everyone. This was one of the best covers of Nate's Theme I've ever heard.
Oh my god... If a similar theme song comes out in a real movie, I'll get goosebumps. When you find Magellan's treasure at the end of the movie, and if it comes out at the ending credit, it'll be amazing.
