Apparently I am in the minority, I watch resellers, not to see them resale, but to learn what things are, George the Antique Nomad being my favorite. That being said, I don't enjoy the live sales, the gift box openings, etc. I do enjoy the shopping, the travel and the how to pack and ship etc.
I am sorry that you have to get rid of your collections, it is like selling off family members, but I am one that has it in my will, where to donate so the family stays together.

I love my post office too! My grandkids help carry boxes in and they give them a lollipop, one day they were out of lollipops so the next time we went In, we took 2 bags of lollipops for them to continue to give out lollipops.

I can't wait for Ireland!!! I agree, the balance is a struggle. I want to be with my mom more in Alabama, but the decision to retire is a hard decision to make. We hoped to work remote, but our job recently put a stop to that. I absolutely love being back in Alabama, the pace is so much better, small towns are the best. We want to move closer to the grandbaby to help out, then snowbird down in Alabama is the goal. I'd love to have my business setup so that my older one who is reselling as well can take it over. I spent my early years traveling the world, I encourage anyone to travel. We are looking at getting a conversion van for short trips.

I am with you for downsizing & travelling we started 2 years ago sell on FB marketplace & we have gotten rid of a good amount of stuff but am now storing 300 items we are selling lol So its one big circle of in & out are we downsizing to move but its a slow progress. The money is going to travel also we retired 2 years ago & have 6 stepparents & parents with health issues so haven't done the travel we want to yet but its coming. Want to be snowbirds & get away from our Canadian winters. Change in life will always happen I will watch whatever kind of vlog you want to show us do what makes you happy Misty!
Traveling in an RV around the country was what my husband and I planned but unfortunately my husband's health will not allow it and I am very disappointed. He gave his health to his job. Don't wait too long.
If you have a meijer down there they have retro on sale.
My husband is retiring in a year and we're planning on traveling in with a camper. My kids live in Michigan and we're in Ohio. So we will be staying up there in Mackinaw for 3 months in the summer and down south fir the winter😊

I have to say, our lives run a very similar course. We retired and traveled. And now, older age has us selling things so we can settle near our kids in Indiana of all places. lol.

I like the garage sale and flea market videos and new antique malls when you travel. That way you get to travel and a little work too. I prefer TJVH over the Misty Show. Which one do you like doing more?
It depends on the week sometimes. Both channels have their own stresses and struggles as far as time to getting it all done. One day I'll just stick to one channel.

Hi, Misty I have watched your vlogs for a long time and thou we've never met I have always welcomed you into my home and felt like you are my best friend. It doesn't matter your content it's YOU I look forward to sharing time with. We have alot in common I too was an Early Chilhood Educator, loved reading to the children making each character in the book having it's own voice and personality. I too have fibromyalgia and watching you play with slime reminded me of when I'd be sitting at the table with the children having as much fun with them and making slime and smelly playdoh rolling it in my hands. Misty, the best part with playdoh was when you first made it and you molded into shape and it was warm the pain felt in my hands would be a feeling I could put aside for a little while and just live in the moment. Your child like approach to life sets an example to all of us, let go it's okay to find that inner child again. Thank you for that! You probably have already figured out I am a word person. Crossword puzzles, yes. Suduko, no. Whenever I hear a word pronounced differently I doodle it. So ermine is pronounced ur muhn with the accent on the first syllable. Kahlo in English is ka lo with the accent on the first syllable. I had a heavy accent when I moved to a different area of the country. People didn't always understand what I was saying. I have worked very hard to be intelligible.

I tried to check all of your comments about your new rug but you have too many people who love you with too many comments about everything. I have several area rugs that are washable but I just want to warn you. Unless you have a very strong washer or a commercial washer please be careful. Believe it or not I burned out the transmission which agitates and spins the items. I laughed when the repair person told me that. I told them it wasn't as car. I was wrong and he didn't laugh. We had to buy a new washer. Please be careful. Love you and your videos so much!
