Sorry idk, it's fine either way, mistakes in first 50 levels are ususally irrelavant in late game. But starting over in new server can be fun too. No need to feel bad. It's just a game after all.
Greyshroom used to be about synergy, but now some team's damage are so high people start using same comp for everything. Use the ASA combo I mentioned in this video, the rest of the two slot and be Halysa and Catherine. Or you can simply copy the team in damage ranking.

That's an Artifact problem, you need Undying Shield and the hero Elmer at 7*

Yes, get Seraphina to 8*. But since you have Aiu already, you can focus on other heroes in video first.
