I agree with you dear. TH-cam isn't as easy as people think it is but we keep going because of our passion. Yes, we are normally taxed for the money we earn from our U.S audience. Normally, it isn't much so you don't notice a big difference but given the huge amount of views this video got, it became a substantial amount.

Hey dear. I'm sorry about that. Yes, TH-cam deducted the watch hours. They only count watch hours accumulated over a year so the ones you accumulated more than 365 days ago are removed.
