It has been created from PMD MML, for the YM2608 soundchip (One of the chips the PC98 uses to play music.)

honestly really refreshing to have a ZUN song have a pc98 remix that isn't 100% in zun's style, aka only have light elements. am late to that but it really fits with the whole twilight frontier thing! good touch!

There aren't any touhou PC-98 fighters so I didn't make an artwork ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
and even if i was to take an existing PC-98 fighting game and touhou-ify it in my pixel art, this already took over 8 total combined hours to make. I need to retire
ShinkoNet In the original Japanese title, "Stars" part didn't exist. That's why I went that old translation and kudos to whoever did found out the meaning.
The sprites In thumbnail are going to be a nice sprites for touhoumon .^.

Also, do you have a NicoNico account? On NicoNico, around the time you opened your channel here on YT, there were TGStyle and a few other folks who also did PMD98 covers of all this business.

Yatsuzume Well, PC-98 and Genesis both used FM synth, hehe
That and their respective sound chips are pretty identical, save for a few differences.
The Genesis used the YM2612, which was a stripped down variant of the PC-98's YM2608. The YM2608 had some rhythm channels that the YM2612 lacked, which is why most Touhou music has rhythm beats that are not heard in Genesis games.

John Smith i suggest to learn basic MML notation. For example, have a look at how NES mml works - there should be online sites to test your code. Then, you can make PC-98 songs by learning Professional Music Driver's MML variant. The commands can be found on Battleofthebits.

I'd advise you to delete them and add them in the proper tagging system instead. TH-cam calls this "tag-stuffing" and their policy is to remove videos that do this (although it's not very common).
Mythos of Summer But does the tag system even still work? If I use the search system and search for tags on my videos that aren't in the title or description, I don't find them.

So Joon is a masculine Korean name, and is a variant of the gender-neutral Chinese name "JUN," meaning 'emperor, king' etc.
But, wait a minute..

The song is called "Tonight Stars an Easygoing Egoist ~ Egoistic Flowers."
I guess the night ZUN made JOON (otherwise known as JUN) starred a rather easygoing egoist IF YOU CATCH MY DRIFT.
But it also fits in-character for Joon; Seeing as she is both a con artist and a thief. Which would indeed make you quite a selfish, self-centered person.

I use DOSBox and a text editor (like notepad++). I test my files using Hoot, a soundchip emulator.
