Nordic! good to see you again. I always find your videos both enjoyable and informative. I have been with the DeNet project for over a year now and I too am excited about the move to the peaq network and I especially like the new pricing structure of the storage nodes as it will entice many more to purchase a node and share in the dream of decentralized data storage. I'll see you in the discord channel!
Rewards seem way to high, I have like 20 Storj nodes with 80TB+ data and i`m only getting +- 120$ per month..and thats with 20 nodes... So how can this project promise 5000$ for 50TB? 😂
Why should a company store their data at Denet? Way too risky for them. They go to AWS or something like that where they are not bound to a small startup with tiny track record. Stop promoting bullshit projects
Hi! Any hard drive that you are able to have up and running 24/7. So my best setup for this is to have an easy accessible & durable external hard drive that I can connect to a mini-computer that is not using too much power.
@@whitebeartigtig I've also been looking at 6TB Western Digital Ultrastar DC HC310, 3.5" Drive. But IDK if it's Desktop compatible. Also, do you need to reserve a node for each one of the drives?
I believe any storage hard drive will work. The only 2 aspects we need to consider is that the drive must be "choosable" on a computer. That we must at least be able to connect it to a computer and select it. The second aspect is that the drive should be able to run 24/7.
Quite far from chia, which is a L1. DeNet is the storage layer on the peaq blockchain, a DePIN focused chain. Bringing a storage layer into Web3 can create great incredible functionality/interoperability with other Web2 and Web3 companies/projects. Storing/accessing data that can be directly utilized by RWA, robots, AI, pretty much anything. The aspect of earning utilizing storage is however the same as with Chia.

Cheers mate!

probably because they will pay in their tokens and as with every other guy they have high expectations of their tokens.
Yup. That's exactly what I speculate and share my thoughts about at the end of the video.

Hi bro I just use your code in my watcher node and bought one node. What hard drive you recommend ? Thanks

@ hi Nordic thanks for the reply. I have 20 mini pc. Which hard drive would you recommend me any link will be good thanks
Great, now there will be something to do with the hard drives!
Finally!
do you need to buy things or can you just keep collecting free, and earn that way?
Any recommendations for the best cheap hard drives, does the HGST 4TB SAS Hard Drive 3.5" HUS724040ALS640 work?
I'd like to ask the same question, got 7 of the 3TB version of the drives you're talking about.

@ that's good to know. These are old enterprise SAS drives, so being run 24/7 is kinda what they're designed for.
haha... money grab .. bs project
Been there done that.
@mendosasi1340 how is this a bs project? how is this a money grab?
😂 100%
Token ile coin arasındaki fark nedir? Hadi birlikte keşfedelim!
this thing is not working , i think is 2nd or 3rd promotional video.
In the video I share my thoughts on the upcoming Datakeeper node. The Datakeeper node have not been launched yet, it's still just in reservation stage

Make 5000 a year and speed 4999 on your bills
so it's essentially chia but you have to pay to get a license?

Peaq? These projects need to stick to the major chains like Solana
I actually like peaq quite a lot. An almost brand new L1 focused of DePIN. And it already got more than 60+ projects that are going to launch on it
If only
Here we go! DeNet to the moon
