Ingredients:
500g pork fillet
Salt & pepper to taste
200ml double cream
1/2 tbsp plain flour
50ml water
125g fresh baby spinach
1/2 vegetable stock cube
1 tbsp of chopped fresh dill
200g button mushrooms
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
70g mature cheddar cheese - grated
Green beans & mangetout to serve 4
