I would disagree - while kokushibo may make a better boss in terms of his connection with muchiro and other yoriichi, he's like all other demons, ultimately a victim of muzan. Muzan on the other hand, always was evil. He's the best for a final boss because he is the final boss, the evil king sat upon a throne of victims. Though yes, final fight felt like it coulda been better.
